The other day we went to the nearby national park where a number of exotic animals live - it was great to see two huge rhinos there in a vast enclosure, feeding and enjoying themselves - these creatures are so majestic and innocent and yet they have suffered so much at the hands of humans through poaching and hunting - they deserve all our love and protection for now and years to come...
Apparently these two unihorn rhinoceres were gifted many years ago by the king of Nepal. Both the animals look magnificent even after so much time :)

Omer, what animals haven't suffered at the hands of humans?? Sure can't understand how some people are that way with animals. They have the same right as we do on being on this earth. Great pictures. Thanks for sharing. Loves and purrs back to the Snow Forest Clan.

The rhino pictures are great. I agree completely that they should be protected. It makes me really sad that these magnificent animals are often slaughtered just for their horn.

Yes, humans interfere too much with nature. We destroy everything in the name of progress and greed. So sad.
